Sithan Associates

Sithan Associates is located at No 35 A Manjuri Block, inside the Shanthinikethan Apartment. We are right across from the More N Fresh Super Market and near the Ngo Bus Stand in Adambakkam. It is a very easy place to find because of those landmarks. Working out of an apartment block makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. We have a few desks set up in the main room where we do all our drafting and planning. Since the supermarket is right there, we see a lot of people coming and going all day. Adambakkam is a busy place and we have a lot of neighbors. We mostly work on local projects, helping people with their house extensions or small commercial spaces. We have a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves with old project details. Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We do not have a big sales team or anyone like that. When you call, you just talk to one of us who is actually doing the drawing. We like to keep things direct and simple. We spend a lot of time on site making sure the contractors are following the drawings we gave them. It is a lot of small details to keep track of, but we have been doing it long enough that we have a good rhythm going now.
