We are located at No 5 Lakshmi Nivasdr in Subbarayan Nagar. This is right in the heart of Kodambakkam. Shri R Sethuraman and Smt Chandra Sethuraman Silver Jubilee Foundation is the name we use for our daily operations. It's a bit of a mouthful, we know. But it means something to us. We’ve been operating from this house for quite some time. It's a lived-in space, not a cold office building. You can usually find someone around during the day. We deal with various local matters and try to help where it makes sense. There aren't any slick brochures or marketing teams here. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of notebooks. We like the pace of life here in Chennai. Kodambakkam has its own character and we feel part of it. The foundation was set up around the time of a silver jubilee, hence the name. It felt right to mark that milestone by starting something that gives back. We don't do much advertising. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just by passing by Lakshmi Nivasdr. It’s a modest setup but we manage to stay quite active. We handle a lot of the admin work ourselves. It keeps costs down and ensures we know exactly what’s happening. Every day is a bit different. Some days are slow, others are full of visitors. We just take it as it comes and try to be helpful to those who reach out to us at this address. We are staying put.
