We are over here on Habibullah Road in T. Nagar. It's a busy part of Chennai and we've been at this address, New No. 23/1, for a while now. Shobha Padam Challani Trusteeship Services Llp is basically just us handling the paperwork and legal bits that come with being trustees. It isn't very flashy work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. Most of the time, the office is full of files and people trying to get things sorted out for various trusts. T. Nagar is always crowded, so getting to the office can be a bit of a chore with the traffic, but we like being central. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks who come to see us already know what they need. It's a small team here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, which is just how it goes around here. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets a bit messy when a big project is on. If you're walking down Habibullah Road, you might see our sign. It's a plain office, nothing too fancy. We just focus on getting the work done for the people we represent. It's a lot of responsibility, but we've been doing it long enough that we have a rhythm. That's pretty much who we are. We've been in this building for years and we know all the little quirks of the place by heart.
