Shankar Dental Clinic

Our clinic is situated at 26-A on Red Hills Road in the Villivakkam area. It is a fairly busy stretch of road, so there is always something going on to look at out the front window while we are doing our work. We have been here in Villivakkam for quite a long time now, and we have become a regular fixture for a lot of the families who live in this neighborhood. We handle all the usual dental things you would expect to find at a local place, like fillings, taking out teeth that can't be saved, and doing regular check-ups. We are not looking to be the biggest or the most expensive place in the city. We just want to be a clinic where local people feel okay about coming in to get their teeth fixed without a lot of fuss. The clinic itself is kept pretty straightforward and functional. There are no corporate slogans on our walls or anything like that. We just have our dental chairs, our tools, and a small area for people to sit down while they wait for their turn. Most of our days are spent talking to patients about how to take better care of their gums or explaining why a certain tooth has started hurting them.
