Shalom Dental Clinic

Finding us can be a little confusing because of the house numbers. We are at New No 13, which used to be Old No 11. We are on 1st Mani Road in Mkb Nagar, over in the Vyasarpadi area. It’s a typical Chennai neighborhood, so it gets quite hot and humid, especially in the afternoons. The clinic is a small place on the road where we handle all kinds of dental issues. We have the usual setup with the adjustable chair and the bright light that everyone recognizes. Mkb Nagar is a place where everyone knows everyone else, so we get a lot of walk-ins. People just pop their heads in to ask a question or book a time. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy website. It’s just us and the patients. You can hear the sounds of the street from 1st Mani Road while you’re sitting in the chair—the bikes going past and the street vendors calling out. We try to make people feel at ease because we know nobody actually likes going to the dentist. It’s a basic, honest little clinic. We’ve been here in Vyasarpadi for a good amount of time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we are still here in the same spot, fixing teeth and talking to the locals. We usually have a bit of a breeze from the fan and just get on with it.
