Shabdkruti Foundation

Shabdkruti Foundation is based out here in Wani, specifically near the Juni State Bank and Suvidha Kapd Kendr. Our address is P6000846, but most locals just know the landmarks. We’ve been in the Tehsil-Wani area for a good while. The office isn't much to look at from the outside. Inside, it's mostly just us and a lot of paperwork. We don't have a big budget for decorations, so the walls are pretty bare. We focus more on the work than how the place looks. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because we’re so close to the bank and the shops, but we don’t mind the energy of the neighborhood. We spend our days handling various tasks. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and chatting with people who come by. We don’t have a strict dress code. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. The desks are a bit old and the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise, but it works well enough. We don't try to sound like those big city firms. We’re just local people doing what we can from this small office in Wani. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we leave early if things are quiet. It’s a very flexible and human way of running things. We just try to stay honest and keep moving forward every single day.
