Sg Charitable Foundation

We are the Sg Charitable Foundation, and you can find our office at Plot No. 1 on Mohana Priya Street in Mangal Nagar. We’re a small group of local people who just wanted to help out where we could. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a room where we keep our files and meet with people. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just do the work ourselves. Most days are spent talking to neighbors and seeing what kind of help is needed in the area. It might be something small like helping someone find a service they need, or something bigger like organizing a local event. We don’t have any marketing people writing our stuff, so we just tell it like it is. Mangal Nagar is our home, and we’ve been here for years. We know the people on Mohana Priya Street, and they know us. Sometimes we run out of time and things don't get finished as quickly as we’d like. It’s just the reality of being a small operation. We don’t use big words or fancy language to describe what we do. We’re just neighbors helping neighbors. It’s practical work, and we think it’s important to stay focused on what’s happening right here in our own community. That’s why we started this in the first place.
