Satyabhama Foundation

You can find us at Satyabhama Foundation, which is located at No.1/7, Flat 1B, on the first floor of the Quanta Tuscana Villa. That’s on 4th East Cross Street in Shenoy Nagar, Chennai. We aren't a massive charity with a big staff. It’s just a simple office in an apartment building where we handle our daily tasks. Chennai is a crowded city, but our little corner in Shenoy Nagar is where we focus our energy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who need assistance. It isn't always polished work. Sometimes we are just trying to figure out how to get things done with what we have. We don't have a professional PR person writing this for us. We’re just local folks who care about what’s happening in our town. The office is usually full of files and notebooks because we keep track of everything ourselves. It gets a bit hectic, but we prefer it that way. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or fancy. We just want to be practical and useful to the people who come to us. Being in Tamil Nadu means there is always something to do. We take things one day at a time and don't worry too much about looking perfect.
