We are tucked away in Mogappair on 17th Street. Number 1218 is where you’ll find us. It’s a quieter part of the West End Colony compared to the main roads, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on project planning. The office is basically just a few desks and some filing cabinets filled with site plans and project notes. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most of the neighbors know us by now. The team here isn’t very large, just a few people who handle the day-to-day logistics of the service work we do. We drink a lot of tea while going over schedules. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the birds outside because it’s a residential colony area. We don’t have a big sign or anything too obvious. People usually find us by looking for the house number on the gate. Work starts around nine and usually wraps up when the sun goes down, though sometimes we stay late if a project timeline gets tight. We handle a lot of coordination between different vendors and clients. It involves a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. We keep things pretty informal around the office. If the door is unlocked, we’re probably inside working on something. It’s a simple operation, run by people who just want to get the job done right.
