Saikar & Associates Pvt Ltd is located on the 1st floor at No 64/10. We are on Sriman Srinivasa Cross Street in Venus Colony, which is part of the Alwarpet area. It’s a pretty well-known neighborhood. The office itself is up a flight of stairs. It’s a decent-sized space, but we’ve managed to fill it up with all sorts of equipment and files over the years. We aren't big on interior design ourselves, ironically, so the office looks like a place where people actually work rather than a showroom. There are stacks of paper on most surfaces and the coffee pot is usually going in the corner. We've got a small team here. We don't have any formal corporate policies about how to speak or what to wear. We just get the jobs done as they come in. Alwarpet is a busy place, so there’s always noise from the street, but we’ve grown to like it over time. It makes the day go by faster. We don't use any big words or marketing fluff. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a simple way of running things, and it’s served us well so far. If you're looking for us, we're just above the ground floor shops. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We’re just here doing our thing every day. There is always someone here until late in the evening working on some plan.
