We are located right on 20/6 Lakshmiammal St in Aminjakarai. It is a busy little spot in Chennai, but we like it here. Emas Engineers& Contractors Pvt Ltd has been our base for quite some time now. The office is tucked away in Ayyavunaiducolony, and if you aren't looking closely, you might miss it. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't really need to say much to get things moving. It’s noisy outside with the bikes and the shops, but inside we just focus on the plans. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get to the sites, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We handle the engineering side of things and the contracting too. It is a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls. We aren't big on meetings that last forever. We’d rather just be out there looking at the site. The tea shop at the corner is where we usually end up talking about the day's problems. It is a simple life, honestly. We take care of our tools and we take care of our people. There isn't much more to it than that. We just want to get the job done right so we can go home to our families. It takes a lot of effort to keep things organized, but we manage somehow.
