S K N Enterprises is tucked away right near the railway station on the main road in Trivotpiyur. You can hear the trains passing by all day long. The ground actually shakes a little bit when the express trains go through. It’s a very busy spot with people always walking past our doors. Things started small and stayed that way for a long time. We mostly deal in general supplies and trading things that people need. The shop floor is usually cluttered with boxes and crates. Since there isn't a lot of storage space, staying organized is a constant battle. Sometimes things get a bit messy during the peak hours. The tea stall next door is where the staff spends their breaks. It’s a good place to hear all the local gossip. A few of our people have been with us since the very beginning. They know exactly where every single item is kept, even if it looks like a total mess to anyone else. Advertising isn't something we do because everyone in the neighborhood knows who we are. If someone needs something specific, they just drop by and ask. The main road is always dusty and the traffic is a nightmare in the evenings. We usually lock up once the last commuter train has left the station. It’s just a regular business in a very noisy part of town. We just keep our heads down.
