S K Family Clinic & Diagnostic Centre is tucked away at number 180/55 on Gangai Amman Koil Street. We are right in the Vadapalani area, almost directly opposite the Padhmaram Marriage Hall, which is a very useful landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The street is almost always busy with people going to the temple or the marriage hall, so there is usually a lot of noise and activity right outside our front door. Inside, though, we try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. We have the clinic side where people see the doctor and then the diagnostic part where we do the tests and scans. It is a lot to manage sometimes in a space like this, but we have a routine that seems to work for everyone. Most of the people who come in live right here in Vadapalani, so we see the same families quite a bit over the years. It is interesting to see the kids grow up and then bring their own families in later on. The waiting area can get a bit cramped when it is raining or when there is a big wedding across the street, but nobody seems to mind too much. We are just a local spot where you can get your checkups done without having to travel too far into the city center. It is basic and practical, and that is just how we like to keep it for our neighbors.
