You can find us at No 404 on MKN Road in Alandur. Our entrance is actually on the back side of the building, which sometimes makes it hard for new people to find us the first time. Alandur is a very crowded and busy spot, especially with the metro and the market nearby. We handle facility management services from this office. It is a lot of coordination work. We spend our mornings on the phone talking to electricians, plumbers, and cleaning crews. The office is usually full of the sound of people talking and phones ringing. We have been on MKN Road for a while now. It is a good place to be because it is central and we can get to our clients quickly. We do not have a polished corporate office. It is just a working space with some desks and a lot of files. We take care of buildings for other companies so they do not have to worry about the small stuff. Sometimes things break in the middle of the night and we have to sort it out. It is not an easy job but we are used to it by now. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the busy shifts.
