Our office is on the third floor of the Histyle Building in Perungudi. If you know the OMR in Chennai, you know how busy it gets with all the IT parks and the constant traffic. We are at 131/2A. It is a good spot because we can see everything happening around the neighborhood. We deal with real estate, mostly helping people find a place to stay or a bit of land for themselves. It is a lot of running around, showing properties, and talking to different owners. The office is where we come back to do the documents and catch our breath. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the area well. Chennai is growing fast, especially this side of town, so there is always something going on. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we want, but that is just how it goes with property. We do not promise anything crazy, we just show what is available. It is honest work. You get to meet all kinds of people, some looking for their first home and others looking for an investment. The third floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly it is just other buildings. We have been in this building for some time now and the neighbors are alright. It is just a normal day of phone calls and site visits for us. We just try to help folks navigate the local real estate scene.
