You can find us on the sixth floor of the Khivraj Complex-II at 480 Anna Salai. Nandanam is a pretty central spot in Chennai, so it's easy for us to get to work, even if the traffic on Anna Salai is always a mess. Radiance Capital Private Limited is the name on our door. We deal with capital and investment stuff mostly. From the sixth floor, we can see a fair bit of the city, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer screen. The office itself is pretty standard. We have our files, our desks, and a small area where we eat lunch. It's a professional building, so there are always people moving in and out of the elevators. We have been here for a while and have gotten to know some of the other people working in the complex. Our day is usually filled with phone calls and checking on various financial papers. It isn't the most exciting work for everyone, but we've got a good routine going. The air conditioning is usually blasting because the Chennai sun hits our windows directly in the afternoon. We don't do anything flashy. Most of our clients come to us because they know the address. It's just a regular group of us trying to keep the business running smoothly day in and day out. We just handle the capital side of things without any unnecessary drama or complicated processes.
