Qualitronics (Madrass) Private Limited is over at 30, 18th Avenue. This is in Ashok Nagar as well. The name still has the old spelling of "Madrass" because that is how it was set up a long time ago. We never bothered to change it to the modern way. Our office is a bit old-fashioned. We have these heavy metal filing cabinets that have been here since the start. It’s a practical space. We work on electronics and technical parts. Most of us have been here for years, so we know where everything is kept, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. 18th Avenue is a decent street, but it gets crowded during the lunch hour. We usually just bring food from home or go to the small place near the corner. We don't do any big advertising. People who need us usually find us through word of mouth or by looking at the sign on the door. It’s not a fancy glass building; it’s just a regular house turned into an office. We spend the day answering emails and checking the circuit boards. It’s quiet work mostly. We don't have many meetings. If something needs to be said, we just shout across the room. It’s a small operation and that suits us just fine. We just want to keep the lights on and keep the work moving without making a big fuss about anything.
