Prosign

Our shop, Prosign, is at No: 105 on 3rd Main Road in Lakshmi Nagar. Porur is a busy part of town, and we’ve been operating from this little corner for a while. We do a lot of printing and sign making here. The machines are usually running in the background, making that steady clicking sound that we’ve all grown used to. It’s not a quiet office by any means. We have rolls of vinyl and boards stacked up against the walls, and the desks are usually covered in proofs or cutouts. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and presentations. If someone needs a banner or a board for their storefront, they just come in and we chat about the size and the colors. 3rd Main Road is a good spot because we get to see everyone passing by. We’ve made signs for a lot of the businesses around here. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big order, especially when a new shop is opening up and they need everything ready by morning. It’s a lot of physical work, moving the heavy boards and making sure everything is stuck down properly. We don't make a big deal out of it, we just do the work and move on to the next one. It’s a local business through and through.
