Cygnus Outdoors

We are located at No.18 on Link Road in Shenoy Nagar, where we run Cygnus Outdoors. It’s a pretty straightforward spot to find if you know the area even a little bit. We deal with all kinds of outdoor stuff, so you’ll see a lot of gear and equipment piled up inside the shop. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is if you ask us. Sometimes the shelves get a bit dusty because we are more focused on getting orders out the door than we are on cleaning. We started this because we liked being outside ourselves, though now we seem to spend more time inside the shop than we’d like. Shenoy Nagar is a nice area, and the neighbors around Link Road are friendly enough to us. We don’t have a big corporate team or any marketing experts. It’s just a couple of us handling everything from the stock inventory to the customers who walk in. The building is nothing special, just a regular place on a regular road. We’ve seen other shops come and go around here, but we’ve managed to stick around for a while. We don’t use any high-pressure sales tactics. If you need a backpack or some gear for a trip, you can just come in and look around at your own pace. We might be busy on the phone or checking a delivery, but we’ll get to you eventually. It’s a basic business and we like keeping it that way.
