Petraria Consulting Private Limited operates out of the Ishayara building in Medavakkam. We are in Block D-301, which is on the Vadakkupatu Main Road. Living and working in this part of Chennai means dealing with the dust and the noise, but it’s a good spot to be in. The apartment complex is fairly large, so finding our block can take a minute if you haven't been here before. We have been using this third-floor space for a while now. It has a small balcony where some of us go to get some air when the office feels a bit cramped. The interior is mostly just white walls and some functional furniture we picked up over the years. We didn't bother with a lot of decorations because we spend most of our time looking at our monitors anyway. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which isn't fun in the humidity. We keep a pretty regular schedule from Monday to Friday. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people in suits; we usually just wear whatever is comfortable. The local shops nearby are handy for getting snacks or stationery when we run out. It is a straightforward setup for us. We just focus on our tasks and try to stay on top of the work as it comes in. There’s no big secret to how we operate, we just show up and do it.
