Jayas Electronic Engineering

Our shop is over at Plot No. 36 39 in the Developed Plot Estate in Perugudi. It’s an industrial area, so it’s usually pretty loud around here with all the other businesses going. Jayas Electronic Engineering has been in this spot for a bit. We mostly deal with the technical stuff that people bring in, fixing parts and looking at circuits. It’s not a glamorous place. There are tools everywhere and usually a few half-finished projects sitting on the benches. We aren't fancy engineers in suits. Most days we have grease or solder on our hands. The light in the back of the workshop is a bit dim, but we know where everything is. Perugudi is a good place for a business like ours because we’re close to other shops that might need a hand with electronic bits. We don’t have a big reception desk or a waiting room. Usually, people just walk in through the main door and find us working. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We just try to do the work as it comes in. It’s just us doing our thing every day. Nothing more to it than that. We like being part of this estate. It feels like a real working neighborhood where people actually make things and fix things. We're just glad to have a steady place to work.
