Padmashri Clinical Lab

We are located on Mudichur Road in Tambaram West, which is usually a pretty busy stretch of road. Padmashri Clinical Lab is where people come when their doctor gives them a slip of paper for some tests. It is not the most exciting place to visit, we know that. Most people come in early in the morning before breakfast because they need to do their fasting blood work. We’ve got our needles and tubes all lined up, and we try to be as quick as possible so people can get on with their day. The lab itself is full of machines that hum and click all day long while we process the samples. It is a lot of careful work, looking at slides and checking numbers. We’ve been in Tambaram West for a good while, so we recognize a lot of the local residents who come in for their regular check-ups. The space isn't very big, just a small waiting area and the rooms where we draw blood. Sometimes the rain on Mudichur Road makes it a bit of a mess to get here, but we are usually open and ready regardless. We do not do the fancy stuff, just the essential testing that helps doctors figure out what is going on with their patients. It is a quiet kind of job, mostly focusing on the details and making sure the results are typed up correctly for whoever needs them. We just stay focused on the vials.
