P M Chordia & Co

We've been at the same spot on Adiappa Naicken Street for quite some time now. It's the first floor of the old building number 89, which is now 118A. If you know Sowcarpet, you know how busy it gets around here, especially near the Elephant Gate area. Our office at P M Chordia & Co isn't fancy or anything, but it gets the job done for us and the people who come by. Finding the place is usually okay because most locals can point you toward the right door once you reach the street. We deal with things here every day, just keeping the paperwork moving and making sure the files are where they need to be. It’s a bit cramped in this part of Chennai, but that is just how things are in this neighborhood. We don’t really do much in the way of big ads or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they were already in the building for something else. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step when you come inside. It is noisy outside with all the traffic and the shops nearby, but inside the office, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We stay busy from morning till evening, mostly handling the routine work that keeps a business like ours going. Nothing too complicated, just plain old work.
