Navsakthi Pharma

Navsakthi Pharma is based right here in Ambattur. We don't have a fancy street name or anything complicated, just Ambattur. This area is mostly known for being an industrial hub but there are plenty of houses too. The shop is quite basic inside. We have the usual white shelves and a glass counter where we do all the billing. It’s a bit of a tight space when more than three people come in at once. Ambattur can be a dusty place with all the construction and traffic, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass. We’ve lived around here for years so we know most of the people who walk through the door. It’s more of a community thing than a big business. We don’t do much advertising because people just find us when they need something for a fever or their blood pressure. The morning starts with us opening the shutters and checking what arrived from the distributors overnight. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to explain that to the customers. That’s just how it goes sometimes. We try our best to keep everything in stock so nobody has to go all the way into the main city. It’s just a regular neighborhood shop where we try to be helpful to the folks living around us. Nothing fancy about it at all. It's just a job we do every day.
