Navasuja Foundation

Navasuja Foundation is over in Alwarpet, which is a nice enough part of town. Our address is a bit confusing because it’s Old No.17 but also New No.33 on Abhiramapuram 3rd Street. We tell people to look for the new number, but sometimes they still end up at the wrong gate. It’s a quiet street for the most part, tucked away from the really heavy traffic. The building has been around for a while. It feels more like a home than an office, which suits us just fine. We have a small team, and we usually just sit around the main table to talk things through. There isn't any corporate vibe here. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. Alwarpet has changed a lot over the years, but this street still feels the same. We like the trees around here; they provide some good shade during the peak of summer. Most of our work is just dealing with whatever comes through the door. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to be useful. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation or dealing with some old records. It’s a comfortable spot to spend the day. We don’t really feel the need to move somewhere flashier. This place works for us, and it has plenty of room for our books and files.
