Muditasree Welfare Foundation

Muditasree Welfare Foundation is located at Sridhar Villa, which is on 2nd Main Road in Sai Nagar, Virugambakkam. Our door has the numbers 2 and 44 on it, depending on which system you use. It’s a bit confusing for delivery people sometimes. The office is in a residential area, so it feels more like a home than a business. We like it that way. It’s quiet and comfortable. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. The kitchen is usually the busiest place because that’s where we all gather for lunch. We don’t have any corporate protocols or fancy mission statements posted on the walls. Instead, we have a few calendars and some notes tacked up with magnets. We’ve been in Virugambakkam for quite a while now. Most of us live close enough to walk or take a short ride. We spend our days answering emails, filing reports, and talking through our plans. It isn't anything like the high-rise offices in the city center. We don't wear suits. We just wear what we’d wear at home. Sometimes the dog from next door wanders in if we leave the door open, which we don’t mind. We’re just a small group of people trying to keep this foundation running smoothly. We don't make a big deal out of it. We just show up and do the work that needs doing.
