Moms Bakery Private Limited is tucked away at D.No.51/7 in the Round Building area of Anna Nagar West Extn. It’s a familiar spot for those of us who live and work nearby. We spend our mornings dealing with flour and ovens, trying to keep up with the daily demand. It gets quite warm in the back when the baking is in full swing. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady one. The building itself has been around for a while, and we’ve made our space work for what we need. Sometimes the delivery vans have a bit of a squeeze getting through the traffic in Anna Nagar, but we manage. It’s a regular routine here. We show up, get the batches started, and hope the equipment doesn't give us any trouble. There’s always something to clean or a stack of trays to move around. It's honest work, even if it's tiring on the feet. We don’t have any fancy office staff, just the people making the food and getting it ready.
