Mody & Sarkar

Our office, Mody & Sarkar, is right on Poonamallee High Road in the Thyagaraja Complex. It’s a pretty well-known spot in Kilpauk, especially because we are directly opposite the Neyveli Lignite building. Finding us isn't too hard if you are familiar with this part of Chennai. We have been working from this location at 853 for quite some time. The office itself is just a regular workspace where we handle our daily business. We aren't really into big corporate speeches or polished brochures. Most of what we do involves sitting down and getting through the paperwork or meetings scheduled for the day. Sometimes the road outside gets incredibly loud with all the buses and cars passing by, but you get used to it. We just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a mix of different people working here, some younger and some who have been in the industry for decades. We don’t really have a fancy philosophy or anything. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home. The neighborhood has a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of that now. If you’re coming by, look for the Thyagaraja Complex sign. We spend most of our time here dealing with whatever comes across our desks. It’s a straightforward way of working. No frills, just Mody & Sarkar doing what we've always done in Kilpauk.
