Being in the HAL Quarters means we are in a part of the city that has a lot of history. It’s not like the new IT parks they are building everywhere else in Bangalore. It feels a bit more grounded here. Our office at Gb 93 is a practical space. We don't have those colorful bean bags or game rooms you see in movies. It’s just a place with computers and people working on them. Sometimes the Bangalore traffic makes getting here a bit of a challenge for the staff, but once we’re inside, it’s quiet enough to get things done. We’ve been in the Vimanapura area for a while and we’ve seen the city change a lot around us. We just keep doing our thing at Cyan Business Solutions without making a big fuss about it. The old township has a certain charm that you don't find in the newer parts of Bangalore. The trees are bigger and the air feels just a little bit different. We have a few mismatched chairs in the break area, but they're comfortable enough. We don't see the point in buying expensive furniture just to look professional. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to each other. We just use plain English and try to be clear about the work.
