Mkca Dignity Foundation

You can find the Mkca Dignity Foundation at 109 Vellala Street. We are right in the heart of Purusawalkam, so it is always noisy outside with the traffic and the shops nearby. It is one of those busy streets where something is always happening. The building is a typical city spot, a bit narrow on the outside but it goes back a long way once you step inside. We have got our office tucked away in the back. It is where we spend our hours doing the usual administrative stuff. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually get our morning fix. Being on Vellala Street means there are a lot of people walking by all the time. Sometimes it is hard to hear each other over the horns, but you get used to it after a week or two. We do not have much in the way of decoration. Just some old calendars on the wall and stacks of papers on the tables. It is a practical space for us. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Dealing with the paperwork takes up most of our energy. People drop in quite often since we are so central. It is not a fancy corporate setup, just a bunch of us working in a room that gets a bit stuffy in the afternoon. We just open the door to let some air in and keep at it until the day is done.
