At Milky Way Celltech, we’re located on the second floor of No 142 Habibullah Road in T Nagar. We are right opposite Valluvar Kottam, so that’s the easiest way to find us if you’re in the area. T Nagar is always packed with people, but being on the second floor gives us a little bit of distance from the street noise. We spend our days working on cell phones and other mobile tech. It’s the kind of place where there are always small screws and tools lying around on the workbenches. We aren’t some big tech company with a fancy office; it’s just a practical space where we can focus on the work. People bring in their devices, and we do what we can to get them working again. Sometimes it’s busy and we’re backed up, and other days it’s a bit slower. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just handle the repairs and sales as they come. Being near Valluvar Kottam is nice because it’s a landmark everyone knows. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and it’s become our second home. It’s a straightforward business where we try to be helpful to anyone who walks up the stairs to our shop. We don’t overcomplicate things, we just do the work we know how to do without any corporate polish or pretending to be something else.
