You can find MICROCON on the ground floor of Tamarai Tech Park. We are at SP Plot 16, 20 & 20A in the Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate. It’s located on the Inner Ring Road in Guindy. This part of Chennai is always buzzing with activity, especially with all the industrial estates nearby. Being on the ground floor makes things pretty easy for us when it comes to moving things in and out. The tech park is a modern enough building, but we just focus on our own section. The Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate is a massive place, and it can be easy to get turned around if you aren't familiar with the plot numbers. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the Inner Ring Road get busier every year. The traffic can be a real struggle during the monsoon or peak hours, but that's just life in Guindy. Inside, the space is practical. We don't have any flashy decor or fancy furniture, just what we need to get through the workday. Our neighbors in the tech park are mostly other tech or industrial firms, so there's a shared sense of just getting the job done. It’s a good location for a business like ours, even if the surrounding streets are always crowded. We just keep to our schedule and manage our tasks from the ground floor. It's where we've always been and it works for the whole team.
