Metal Alloy Industries

Our place is at Number 139 in the Sidco Industrial Estate. It’s a big area, but once you get into the estate, we’re not too hard to find. Being in an industrial zone means we’re surrounded by other factories and workshops, so there’s a lot of heavy trucks and noise all day long. We focus on metal alloys, which involves a lot of heat and heavy machinery. The air inside the unit usually feels pretty warm, and there’s always a hum from the equipment. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know the machines inside out. We don’t have a lot of visitors who aren't there for business, so we don't worry too much about having a polished office. Most of the space is taken up by raw materials and the finished alloy pieces waiting to be shipped out. We deal mostly with other manufacturers who need specific metal parts for their own products. It’s a lot of coordination with suppliers and making sure the furnaces are running right. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend half the day fixing a machine ourselves. It’s just the nature of the work in an estate like this. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy brochures. We just do the metal work we’re good at and keep the operations moving along every day. It's just hard work and metal.
