Medobal is located in West Mambalam, specifically on Dr. Govindan Salai. Our office has an old number and a new one, 10A and 33A, which sometimes confuses delivery drivers, but we’ve been here long enough that most locals know the spot. We mostly help people figure out their medical travel and healthcare options. Chennai is a big hub for hospitals, and many people come here from different places needing guidance. We spend our time on the phone or computer, coordinating with doctors and helping patients manage their appointments. The office is a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of files. West Mambalam is a crowded, lively neighborhood with lots of temples and shops, so there’s always something happening outside. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who know the local healthcare system well. We try to make things less stressful for families who are already dealing with health issues.
