Manoj Sai & Co

Manoj Sai & Co is based out of the Parrys area, specifically on Post Office Street. Our office is on the 1st floor of a building that has been around for a long time. It has two numbers, New No.66 and Old No.34/C, which can be a bit confusing for people visiting for the first time. Being in Broadway means it is always noisy and crowded outside. There are people moving goods, honking horns, and constant shouting from the street vendors. We are used to it by now, though. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, and the building has that old Chennai charm to it. Inside, we have our desks and all our files laid out. It is not a very modern space, but it serves its purpose for our daily business. We spend most of the day here dealing with the usual paperwork and meetings. The proximity to the post office is actually quite handy for us. We have been part of this neighborhood for years and know many of the other business owners on the street. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans running at full speed. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or talk to the neighbors. It is a busy, gritty part of the city, and we are right in the thick of it every single day.
