Akshaya Builders And Maintenance Contractors /Akshaya Agro Farm

We spend a lot of time over here at Sadashiva Nagar. It gets pretty busy near the bus stop, especially in the mornings when everyone is rushing around. Akshaya Builders and Maintenance Contractors is what most people know us by, but we also have the Akshaya Agro Farm side of things which keeps us on our toes. It is a bit of a mix, really. Some days we are looking at blueprints or fixing a leaky roof somewhere in Madipakkam, and other days it is more about the farming side. The office is right on Bazzar Road. If you know the area, you know finding a spot can be tough. We have been doing this for a while now. The staff here is just a few local guys who know how to get things done. We don't really have a big fancy setup. It is more about getting the work finished so we can go home. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook for maintenance jobs. Other times it is quiet and we can focus on the agro farm plans. It is funny how the two businesses overlap but we make it work. Most people just drop by because they saw the sign near the bus stop. We usually have tea around four. It is not a corporate office where everyone wears suits. We are usually covered in some kind of dust or dirt from whatever project is going on that week. That is just how it is around here.
