Lendsmart Peer To Peer Financial Services Private Limited is located at Rishikesh Apartments on G N Chetty Road. We are in Flat 41 on the fourth floor. It's an apartment building, but we use this space for our office. Being in T. Nagar, specifically on a busy road like G N Chetty, means there is always something happening outside. The elevator in the building is a bit old, so sometimes it's faster to just take the stairs, though the fourth floor is a bit of a climb. We spend our days connecting people who need to borrow money with those who can lend it. It's a lot of checking documents and talking to people over the phone. Since we are in an apartment, it feels a bit more relaxed than a big glass office tower. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small area for tea and coffee. The view from the fourth floor isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and the traffic below. We've been here for a bit and the neighbors in the other flats are mostly used to us by now. It gets busy during the start of the month when everyone is trying to get their finances in order. We don't really have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door.
