Kural Aram Foundation

We are over at No 14 on the 4th Drive in Sea Cliff Conclave. It’s right off the ECR in Akkarai. Living and working near the water means things are usually a bit humid, and the salt air gets into everything. Our foundation isn't tucked away in a high-rise; we’re right here in Sholinganallur. A few of us decided that instead of just talking about local issues, we should have a base to actually do something. It’s quiet in the enclave, which helps when we need to think. We spend our mornings looking at what's going on in the neighborhood. We don't have a big team of professionals. It’s mostly just local folks who care about the area. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with papers everywhere. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem nearby, we see how we can help out without making a big fuss. People know where to find us if they need to talk. We don't use fancy words or have big meetings. We just sit down, have some tea, and figure out the day. It’s a practical way to spend our time. Being near the coast keeps us grounded. We just want to be useful to the people around here in Akkarai. It's steady work, and we like it that way. We keep things moving and try to be helpful every day.
