You can find us at Flat 3, Mohita, which is number 27 on Ii Seaward Road. This is over in Valmiki Nagar, Tiruvanmiyur. It’s a nice part of Chennai, 600041, quite close to the coast. You can sometimes feel the breeze from the sea if the weather is right. The building itself, Mohita, is a small apartment-style place where we’ve set up the Kpmg Advisory Services Private Limited office. It’s not a huge office complex. It’s more like a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s quiet on Seaward Road compared to the main traffic of Chennai. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms, and we make it work. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We usually just order lunch or bring it from home. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the lighting is just regular bulbs. We aren't trying to look like a big multinational branch from the outside. We’re just a group of people working out of a flat in Tiruvanmiyur. It’s a simple arrangement. Most of our neighbors are just families living their lives. We fit right in without making too much noise. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run things. We just come in, do the hours, and head back out to the Chennai heat. Sometimes the saltwater air makes the metal window frames rust a bit, but that's just life here. We usually keep the fans on high.
