Our place is on the Kundrathur Porur Main Road, right near Moondramkattalai in Kovur. It’s at number 65. If you drive too fast, you might miss us because the shop fronts all look similar around here. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with glass tubes and boxes of supplies. We spend a lot of time checking lists and packing things up for delivery. The air smells a bit like chemicals sometimes, but we are used to it by now. It’s not a sterile laboratory like you see in movies; it’s more of a busy storage and office space where we handle the orders. The floor is tiled but has a few cracks near the back entrance where the heavy crates get dropped. We have a small desk where the billing happens. The computer is old and the keyboard has a sticky 'enter' key. Outside, the road is always dusty and the noise of the buses is constant. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the corner to drown out the traffic. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't wear suits or anything. Just regular clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. We know where everything is even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. It is just a practical business running out of a busy street corner. We keep busy and stay out of trouble. There is always a lot of packing tape and cardboard lying around the back room.
