Koru Ten Ventures Private Limited

Plot No. 187(1) on Abusali Street is where we have our little setup. It’s over in Baskar Colony, Saligramam. We’ve been here for a while now, and the office is nothing too grand. It is just a few rooms where we get things done. You can hear the city noise from the window, but we have gotten used to it. Saligramam is a busy neighborhood with lots of people moving around. Sometimes the delivery boys have trouble finding the plot number, but they eventually get here. We are just a group of people working together at Koru Ten Ventures. We don't have a big corporate team or fancy suits. Usually, we are just in casual clothes, drinking tea and looking at our screens. The street outside gets quite crowded in the mornings. There is a small tea shop at the corner where we go most afternoons to clear our heads. The office itself has some old furniture and a lot of folders. We don't really care about the decor much as long as we can work. Rain makes the street a bit muddy, but that’s Chennai for you. We like being in this part of town because it feels real. It’s not like those isolated tech parks. We are right in the middle of a residential area, so you see neighbors going about their day. It keeps us grounded and reminds us that we are just a small local business. Most days are pretty similar, but we like it that way.
