Kharche & Associates

You can find Kharche & Associates over at 2/20 on Shaffee Mohamed Road. It is an old street with a lot of character and we have been here for quite a while now. We have set up our office in this spot to handle the daily grind of architecture work. There are files piled up everywhere and the phones seem to ring quite a bit during the afternoons. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have on our plates. It is a decent place to work from and the location is convenient for most of our team. There is nothing particularly special about the office itself, just a regular space with some old furniture and a few computers. We tend to drink a lot of tea while we are looking over site plans. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a drawing, but we don't mind too much. The neighbors are mostly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate. We don't really do any big advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. It feels more natural that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city, just a reliable one that people can talk to without feeling like they are in a corporate boardroom. It’s just us doing our thing every day and making sure the work is solid.
