We are based over in New Perungalathur, specifically in the SSM Nagar area on Puthur Road. Our office is in Block A4, Flat 108 on Bhagat Singh Street. It’s a bit of a specific location to find if you aren’t from around this part of Chennai, but once you get into Alapakkam, it makes sense. We do medical genomics work here. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at data or samples. The space isn't huge, but we have what we need to run the tests. Being in a flat means it feels more like a workspace than a big corporate office. We have a few computers and the necessary lab gear set up. Most of the time it’s pretty quiet, apart from the hum of the equipment. We started out because there was a need for this kind of specific testing in this part of town. Our team is small, mostly people who know their way around a lab bench. We don’t have a big sign out front or a receptionist in a suit. People usually call before they come by because we’re often busy with the technical side of things. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a calm place to work. We just handle the samples that come in and send out the results. It's a practical, focused environment where the work is the main thing we worry about.
