Kavitha Dental Care

Our clinic is located on the first floor of Doctor's Plaza, which is at E5 on the Velachery Tambaram Main Road. It’s a very busy stretch of road in Chennai, specifically in the Vijaya Nagar part of Velachery. You can usually hear the sound of the traffic even when you are inside the clinic. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs, which we always mention to the older folks who come to see us. The plaza is full of different offices, so there’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. Inside, we have the dental chairs and all the usual equipment you’d expect at a dentist’s place. It’s not a massive space, but we make it work for everyone who comes in. We spend a lot of time cleaning and setting things up for the next person who walks through the door. The air conditioning is almost always running because Chennai heat is no joke. Sometimes we have to wait for the water or power to be just right, but that’s just part of running a shop in this city. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us handling the patients and the paperwork. We see people from all over Velachery. It’s a lot of work, and some days are longer than others, but we like being part of the community here and helping people with their teeth.
