We are located out at the Sidco Industrial Estate in Tirumazhisai. Our spots are Dp No. 48 and 51. Being in an industrial estate means it's a bit different than being in the middle of the city. There are a lot of trucks and factories around here. Karmen Finvest And Holdings Private is where we manage our investments and various holding tasks. It is quiet in a different way than a residential area. You hear the sounds of the nearby workshops during the day. We have been operating from this Chennai address for a while now. The office is functional. We have the space we need to keep track of our finances and the companies we are involved with. It takes a bit of a drive to get out here from the main parts of Chennai, but we like the space. Inside, it's mostly just desks and computers. We aren't the type of place that has a big reception area with flowers and all that. We just come in, do the accounting and the paperwork, and head home. Sometimes we have meetings with people from the other units in the estate. It's a very work-focused environment. The weather gets pretty hot in Tirumazhisai, so we are grateful for the fans and the air conditioning when it's working well. We just stay busy with the numbers and the day-to-day management of our assets. It's a steady life out here in the industrial zone and we keep to our own schedule.
