Joy Rising Hobby

We have been operating out of No. 23 Kannadhasan Salai for a good while now. The shop is usually packed with boxes and all sorts of items for people who like building things or collecting. It gets quite crowded inside because we try to keep a lot of different hobby supplies on the shelves, from paints to plastic kits. Most days it is just us figuring out which new shipments arrived and making sure the displays aren't a total mess. If you stop by, you will see we aren't a fancy place. There is always a bit of dust and the smell of glue or plastic in the air. People come in to talk about their latest projects or just to see what is new on the racks. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know a thing or two about the items we sell. It is a quiet spot for the most part, except when a big delivery shows up and we have to move everything around to make room. We do not do big advertisements or anything like that. Local folks just find us while walking down the street. It is a hobby shop, plain and simple. We spend a lot of our time opening cardboard boxes and checking lists. The floor often has some packing material on it. It is what you expect from a local business. We have got the tools and small bits makers need.
