We’ve been at 18 North Usman Road for a long while now. We are up on the second floor, which is nice because it keeps us a bit away from the heavy noise of the traffic downstairs, though you can still hear the horns honking all day. The office isn't anything to brag about. It's just a functional space with some desks, chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around. We don't really go for that polished corporate look because it’s just not us. Most days, it’s just a few of us here handling whatever comes through the door or over the phone. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the work. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we’re busy, but we always manage to find what we need eventually. People in the neighborhood know us, and we like that. We don't spend money on big ads or anything fancy like that. If someone needs what we do, they usually just walk up the stairs and talk to us directly. It's a simple way of doing things, and it’s worked for us for years. The stairs are a bit steep, and the building is older, but it has character. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done without making a big fuss about it. That's pretty much the whole story of this place.
