Il & Fs Engineering & Construction Company Ltd

We are over at NavinS Presidium, specifically in unit 103. This is in Aminjikarai, not too far from Nelson Manickam Road. It is a busy part of the city, and the commute can be a real struggle some mornings. At Il & Fs Engineering & Construction Company Ltd, our office is where the planning happens. We have desks covered in drawings and site reports most of the time. It is not a very quiet place because there is always a discussion going on about a project or a phone ringing. We have a lot of people coming in and out, engineers and site supervisors mostly. The office is functional and has everything we need to keep the construction side of things moving. We do not spend much time on decorations or making it look like a corporate lounge. It is a place for work. We have been in this building for a while and the location works well for getting to different sites around town. Lunch is usually someone bringing in food or a quick trip to one of the small shops nearby. We deal with a lot of technical stuff every day, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. It is about getting the buildings up and making sure the engineering is sound. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do a solid job without a lot of fuss.
