We are based in the Mogappair West area, at No. Pc5/2A Part 1 on Bharathi Salai. It is a part of town that has a mix of industrial and residential buildings, so there is always a lot going on. Texsys Structures Pvt. Ltd. runs out of this building, which is a very plain and functional space. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you; it’s usually just the team in their work clothes, focused on technical drawings or metal structures. The noise from Bharathi Salai is a constant presence, with trucks and motorbikes passing by throughout the day. Inside the office, we have plenty of metal samples and thick technical catalogs lying around on various surfaces. The desks are often covered with calculators, pens, and rough notes from our latest projects. It is not the most pristine or organized environment, but it works perfectly for the type of structural work we do. We have a small corner where we make our tea and coffee, and that is usually where we stand and talk about what needs to be done for the day. The building itself is a bit older, so we occasionally have to deal with minor issues like a squeaky door or a flickering light bulb. We don't mind these things as long as we can get our work finished on time. It is a practical and honest place for people who aren’t afraid to work hard.
