We do facility management, which basically means we look after all the various needs of office buildings and apartments. Anna Nagar is always buzzing with activity, so getting around can take a lot of time in the afternoons. We have a small group of regulars who call us whenever they have a problem with their property. The office is just a normal room with a few tables and chairs. We keep it pretty simple. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and figuring out the schedules for our maintenance teams. It is a lot of logistics. We have to make sure the right person goes to the right building at the right time. It is honest work and we have been doing it in this area for a good while. We do not use any fancy software or big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and keep places clean. The neighborhood is nice and we have a few good spots nearby where we go for lunch. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when multiple things go wrong at once, but we just handle them one by one. It is just a typical local business helping out other local businesses with their upkeep.
